Sample flat in passive-energy project Park Hloubětín

The sample flat is located on the second floor of building B. Thanks to the placement at the corner part of the building it offers views in three directions. The main living area consists of a large living room, a kitchen corner and an access to the balcony which you can also access from the adjacent bedroom. The common area is separated from the two rooms by a hallway and an adjacent bathroom with WC. One of the bedrooms has a smaller balcony. The flat offers beautiful views of a large park with high-grown trees that will grow in the space between the buildings. The pleasant and healthy living in Park Hloubětín is not created only by the greenery in the neighborhood but also by modern technology equipment present in the project. This is one of the reasons why the project belongs to the category of energy-passive buildings that ensure comfortable and healthy indoor environment with low operating costs.

The layout is designed as a 3+kk flat with a total area of 79,65 m2 and two balconies. It offers a sufficient amount of storage space, a practical technical room and a separate toilet. „The sample flat is furnished for an inspiration to everyone who prefers quality and functional equipment and who does not want to invest in demanding design solutions. My aim was also to show what kind of home can be created out of bare walls of a new building. The client will get a tangible vision of specific space equipment in a real building. I wanted to create a specific, cozy, private oasis of private space for a family which wants to gain energy at home and share common daily joys in a common flat space,” said a designer Pavla Hromková, a former creativity and design manager in Czech Television and a current owner of Notakio design studio.

The equipment of the sample flat comes primarily from Czech suppliers. SIKO koupelny company provided quality facing, floor tiling and sanitary ceramic. It also provided the kitchen corner and the doors. The practical in-built wardrobes come from INDECO company. Besides the standard equipment there are also atypical pieces of furniture in the flat. These are for example the custom-made dining table from the Czech manufacturer Triant or the interesting wallpaper in the living room provided by a design wallpaper manufacturer Lavmi. Your privacy will be ensured thanks to special blinds Plisseé from Systra company, that roll from bottom to top.

The quality of indoor environment is ensured by central ventilation with heat recovery from exhaust air. The system uses sensors to monitor moisture level, the CO2 level and ensures an adequate supply of fresh air. The air is fed into the flat with special vents in order not to create unpleasant drafts, and is cleaned from dust and dirt by filters. The energy-passive standard promises besides healthy living also low operating costs. It enables the client to save a lot of money primarily on heating.
