Sample flat in passive-energy project Ecocity Malešice

The sample flat is a part of the 1st phase of the Ecocity Malešice project. It is located on the 6th floor of building B and is oriented in three directions – south, north and east. The location of the apartment on the top floor of the building promises beautiful views of the nature and the city that can be admired from two spacious terraces. A lot of greenery, quiet environment and fresh air, these are only some of the advantages the project offers. Thanks to the design quality and use of top-class technology the project has been classified into the category of energy-passive buildings which meet the most demanding requirements for comfortable and healthy living, and all this in addition to very low operating costs.

Flat details

The main living area of the flat (in a 4+kk and a total area of 119,2m2) consists of a generous room with a kitchen area from where you can access one of the two terraces. Furthermore, there are two rooms with access to the second terrace. The third room is the master bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower and a separate dressing room. In the common areas there is a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a store-room and a space for wardrobes in the hallway.

The kitchen area is equipped with a kitchen unit from INDECO that also supplied a large built-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. The dining area has a table and chairs from BoConcept. The living area, which connects to it, is furnished with a sofa set from Domark.

Wooden floors in the rooms are a part of the standard equipment offer of the project. Only in the living room there is a floor from an above-standard offer from the Parket Atelier floor supplier. The flat is further equipped with Dextura doors from Vetos door supplier that also belongs among above-standard equipment. The windows are solid-wood with triple isolation glass in a new attractive profile 92 Integral from the SCHS Stolarna manufacturer. The two bathrooms and the toilet are equipped with luxurious sanitary equipment and Italian ceramic Marazzi from the Keramika Soukup.

The flat uses very comfortable and energy-efficient central ventilation with heat recovery from exhaust air. The ventilation distribution system from a quality Czech company Atrea is concealed in the ceiling of the flat hallway. This system ensures healthy indoor environment with a stable temperature and constant supply of fresh air, free from dust, dirt and drafts.

The JRD pursues a high quality of its buildings. That is why a proven general contractor Konstruktis a.s. was chosen for the realization of the construction of the Ecocity Malešice project. The sample flat and the whole building underwent a series of tests, like for example the blower-door tests, facade and thermal-technical detail thermo-vision measurements or acoustic tests.
